Experience the bold, elemental flavours of the Azores, an archipelago forged by volcanic soils and Atlantic winds. Guests will enjoy a four‑course menu prepared by Bar Douro Executive Chef, Neuza Leal, showcasing fish from the island’s Atlantic waters, sourced by Talho do Mar (Sea Butchers).
Highlights from the menu include tuna crudo, grilled Azorean squid with seaweed rice and a traditional dessert of pineapple upside‑down cake with rum and caramel.
To accompany the menu, our specials board will showcase native grape varieties, including Arinto dos Açores from cutting‑edge grower Entre Pedras.
