About the role:

You will lead the front of house team in the delivery of a guest experience in line with the company vision and values and supporting the senior management in the day to day running of the business, whilst being able to prioritise your tasks effectively and accomplish them in a timely manner

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver warm and memorable hospitality to every guest with a hands-on approach
  • Build strong relationships with regulars, corporate clients, and event organisers
  • Run motivated and organised team briefings, setting clear expectations for service
  • Provide ‘in the moment’ coaching on the floor, supporting team members to grow their knowledge and confidence.
  • Motivate, train, and support the FOH team to uphold high standards.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to continuously improve service and guest experience

About you:

  • A natural host with excellent communication skills and professional manner
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests
  • Charismatic, organized with an approachable personality
  • Focused on quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn and develop your career
  • Strong experience in a supervisory or management role within quality hospitality.
  • Confidence in handling a diverse guest mix, from corporate groups to tourists.
  • Hands-on leadership style, with a passion for being on the floor and leading by example.
  • Ability to inspire and develop a team through coaching, training, and structured briefings
