About the role:

You are expected to lead the front of house team in the delivery of a guest experience in line with the company vision and values and supporting the senior management in the day to day running of the business, whilst being able to prioritise your tasks effectively and accomplish them in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities:

• You will lead the team with confidence, energy, and attention to detail during busy services.
• Deliver warm and memorable hospitality to every guest.
• Build strong relationships with regulars, corporate clients, and event organisers.
• Run motivated and organised team briefings, setting clear expectations for service.
• Provide 'in the moment' coaching on the floor, supporting team members to grow their knowledge and confidence.
• Support the management team with daily operations.
• Motivate, train, and support the FOH team to uphold high standards.
• Contribute ideas and feedback to continuously improve service and guest experience.
