Description

About us:

Bar Douro shares the spirit of Portugal with UK, through Honest Food, Characterful Wine and Cultural Stories. Our cooking channels the simplicity, humility, and soul of traditional Portuguese home cooking, a less-is-more approach that lets the ingredients speak for themselves. Our extensive wine list, the largest Portuguese selection in the UK, champions the country’s most pioneering producers, from celebrated estates to cutting-edge growers. We bring Portugal’s dynamic culture to life through the experiences we create and the stories we share.

At Bar Douro, our values guide everything we do. They express our dedication to Portuguese culture and our commitment to creating experiences that are authentic, consistent and heartfelt. These principles shape how we work
