Constantino Ramos

Constantino Ramos will host a wine dinner at Bar Douro London Bridge. Constantino has been described as "One of the most exciting producers in Portugal's Vinho Verde region" (Jamie Goode, Wine Anorak). His vibrant reds come from old vine field blends and include native grapes like Vinhão, Alvarelhão (a.k.a. Brancelho), Borraçal (Galicia’s (Caíño), Pedral and Espadeiro. Constantino also has a magic touch with Alvarinho and Loureiro too, which is no surprise having learned his craft with Anselmo Mendes.
