Almost ten years after opening Bar Douro London Bridge, we're returning to the street where our London story began.
Executive Chef Neuza Leal has written a menu of Bar Douro favourites alongside dishes created only for Soho. In February, Max and Neuza travelled through Trás-os-Montes, Portugal's remote far north-east, and spent time with the family farmers behind Maronesa, one of the country's most prized native breeds. Soho will be the first restaurant in the UK to serve it, with the costeletão, a grilled vaca velha ribeye on the bone, as the centrepiece.
