You will be supporting the senior management in the day to day running of the kitchen, whilst being able to prioritise your tasks effectively and accomplish them in a timely manner. You will lead by example, setting high standards and expectations for your team and delivering a guest experience in line with the company vision and values. By providing clear direction, offering guidance, and motivating the team, you will help them reach their full potential.
